UPS Ground and Air Services: Our UPS shipping charges are based on the UPS published shipping rates available on line at www.ups.com. UPS rates are calculated from our shipping zip of 33556.

USPS Priority Mail: Effective June 30, 2002 the USPS has increased these rates approximately 20-25%. These new rates are based on weight, insured value, and distance. Delivery confirmation is included in our rates. An example would be a one-pound shipment of $100 to Texas would be $6.94. For additional information on USPS rates go to www.usps.com.

Military APO'S & Other Armed Forces Destinations are Welcome at no additional cost. Select USPS Priority shipping, and expect a 5-10 day delivery time. Shipment Tracking is not available. Next Day (Express) is not available to Armed Forces destinations.

Cut-off time for All shipments including UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select is 3pm EST.

Orders by Mail may be paid with a check or money order to BestKnives at the above address. Print your shopping cart page with the item(s)you wish to order, and be certain to include your shipping address and any special instructions.

International orders are shipped via USPS Global Express 2-3 day service. Neither BestKnives, nor the USPS is responsible for delays in foreign customs offices, or delays in delivery times once the shipment is in its intended country. International shipments are $29.00 for the first two pounds and approximately $5.00 each additional pound. Insurance is included up to $500. You may compare rates on line without completing an order. The actual vs. calculated weight on Large International orders may be different. If you wish to have the exact shipping charges on large orders emailed for approval before shipping, please specify in the comments box when ordering.

FedEx International shipping is available. The FedEx rate varies a great deal from country to country. This rate is subject to change at the time of shipping. If you would like an exact quote for shipping FedEx International, please email us your intended order along with your full address including postal code.

Know your Import Duty - BestKnives is not responsible for Customs Duty or any tax due by the destined country. If the addressee in their country has not paid a duty charge and BestKnives is charged back for this, we will charge your account for any duty charged to us. This usually occurs with FedEx. International Customers are liable for any and all taxes due on delivery. If you refuse your shipment, it will become the property of your Customs Office. It will not be returned to us. Your purchase will not be refunded.

Orders To Canada have three shipping options to choose from. The first and second are described above. International, and UPS International. The third choice Canada Standard is our most economical. This shipping method is available for shipments up to 4 pounds, and a value of up to $500.00 US. Canadian customers are responsible for any customs duty that may apply. In addition, all the above-mentioned International rules apply.


Shipments Refused & Returned International or domestic, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus any applicable shipping costs.

Lost Shipments: UPS will settle a lost claim usually within 10 business days. We have found UPS an excellent shipper to deal with. They handle lost or stolen shipments expeditiously. BestKnives cannot replace a UPS shipment until this investigation period is complete.

USPS Priority Mail, Express, & International. USPS Priority Mail & Express shipments are not considered lost by our postal service until thirty days from mailing. International shipments are sixty days. The procedure for filing a lost claim for these shipments is: Notify BestKnives after two weeks of your shipment mailing. We will contact our local post office to determine if any information can be obtained about your shipment. If you still have not received your shipment at thirty days BestKnives will file a lost claim and paperwork will be sent to you to sign. Once we have the completed signed claim form we can refund or re-ship your order.

You must be 18 years of age or older to order.

We stock all the products on our site. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. High volume periods such as Christmas and Father's Day may have a delayed turn -over. The best way to ensure delivery for any shipment by a particular date is to use a guaranteed service such as UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Air. Order early and call or email us for specific requests. Occasionally, an item is out of stock. If an item cannot be shipped within seven (7) days of the date the order was placed; BestKnives will notify the purchaser via e-mail of the delay. The purchaser will be asked if they wish to change, cancel or leave the order as is. No one is charged until the item is shipped. Items marked Accepting Backorders will ship on a first come basis. Shipping times will vary, if we have information regarding delivery times of back ordered items, we will post it to the product page. Certain APO, FPO and International orders may require full payment prior to shipment release.

Florida State shipments will be charged applicable Sales Tax. All other states will not be charged any sales tax.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is our main concern. You may return unused items in original packageing within 30 days of receipt for a refund (excluding shipping charges). A fifeteen percent restocking fee will be apllicable. Custom, collector, and limited edition products are subject to a three day approval. You must first call or e-mail to receive a return authorization before returning any merchandise. Merchandise returned to BestKnives for credit must be in new (not used) condition. Items that are returned with obvious wear marks, scratches, dulled blades, missing paperwork, or original box will be sent back to the customer and no credit will be issued. If you are not satisfied with the performance of a particular product, you must return it directly to the manufacturer for possible replacement or refund.
